Bangladesh's Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has resigned and fled the country, the army chief has said, following weeks of us deadly demonstrations. In an address to the nation on Monday, General Waker-Uz-Zaman said that an interim government will now run the country.
Why people protest against Government?
Protests in Bangladesh have erupted due to widespread discontent with the government's reestablishment of a quota system for government jobs favoring descendants of freedom fighters from the 1971 independence war.

On 5 August, Sheikh Hasina Resigned from their post.
Some news channel said ,Hasina went to India through Helicopterbut still it is not confirmed.
After Hasina Resigned,protester went in P.M office and tried to burnt too.
Government proposed 18 members for Interim Government. Now protest ended and Interim Government will run Bangladesh.
